Are you a licensed company?
Yes. We are a fully licensed remodeling company with the City of Chicago and due to the amount of municipalities in Cook County, we make sure we are licensed in that suburb before the project begins.

Is your company insured?
Yes. We issue upon request a certificate of liability insurance making the customer the certificate holder.

Are any liens put on my property while the work is in progress?
We do not file any liens. If requested a waiver of lien will be issued upon completion of your project.

Are you listed with the better business bureau?
Yes we are, and we're proud to have received the BBB "complaint free award" for 2003, 2004, 2005, 2006, & 2007.
