Appointments are recommended, but not necessary, since I do see patients on a walk-in basis. If you prefer to call for an appointment, dial 773.286.1717. Every effort will be made to schedule you the same day or within 48 hours. I maintain some evening and weeknd hours for patients who have other commitments during the day.
